If you are driven by challenges and wish to transform passion into action, join Yamaha and **create Kando** for people every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue internal non-production material purchase requisitions via the Oracle system; * Issue service orders for carpentry and maintenance; * Conduct quotations and schedule air and road freight shipments; * Monitor internal and external claims processes; * Monitor the final packaging line process, inspection, and shipment of finished products to the warehouse; * Generate departmental performance indicators; * Issue SENF documents for invoice issuance; * Receive, inspect, and control material inflows and outflows; * Develop tracking controls for activities; * Address daily logistics process demands; * Issue dispatch drafts; * Develop logistics process improvements aimed at cost reduction and process innovation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Administration and/or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) **Additional Information** “The *YAMAHA Group operates its own channel to publish job opportunities.
