Main Responsibilities: * Serve customers according to Cometa’s Service Standards; assist with registration updates and payment slip printing; clarify customer inquiries—both internal and external—regarding consortia, cash sales, installment sales, financing, delivery, and delivery timelines; * Schedule and support the technical delivery process; guide customers on vehicle usage, operation, warranties, and periodic maintenance; upload delivery photos and delivery terms into the system within 30 days; * Receive vehicle invoices and license plate documentation; verify chassis stamping and chassis number; complete information in the Owner’s Manual and Warranty Certificate prior to delivery; * Schedule and dispatch delivery terms to sales points (delivery).
