**Responsibilities:** Lead the flexographic printing department team Monitor machine setup, adjustment, and operation Ensure print quality complies with approved standards Monitor productivity, waste, and production efficiency Supervise order changeovers and machine adjustments Guide operators and assistants on production processes Ensure adherence to production deadlines and targets Identify process improvements and loss reduction opportunities Perform material, ink, and cliché verification Collaborate with PCP, Quality, and Production departments **Requirements:** Proven experience in flexographic printing Experience in the graphic/plastic industry Experience leading teams Knowledge of flexographic machine adjustment and setup Knowledge of print quality control Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented focus Flexible working hours **Advantages:** Experience in plastic packaging and label printing Knowledge of productive indicator management Experience in waste reduction and continuous improvement Basic machine maintenance knowledge
