Identification and resolution of operational anomalies Description: We are seeking a Production Leader responsible for managing production teams and equipment, with emphasis on performance indicators, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), yield, and process accuracy (RFT). The role involves identifying and resolving operational anomalies, releasing equipment for preventive maintenance, managing key performance indicators such as OEE and operational costs, and conducting training for operators and assistants. Responsibilities and Duties: * Experience managing operator teams and production equipment, including strategic staff allocation per machine, organizing shift schedules, and delivering operational feedback. * Responsible for monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), initiating and tracking deviations, and guiding the team on productive yield and process accuracy, with emphasis on the Right First Time (RFT) indicator. * Experience managing daily operations with focus on meeting factory performance indicators, identifying and resolving operational anomalies. * Expertise in managing heijunka production indicators and cost metrics such as OEE, speed rates, performance, rhythm, availability, and yield, to propose continuous improvements aimed at enhancing results. * Responsible for training assistant staff and production operators. Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in the 5th semester or beyond of an undergraduate program in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Tools, and SAP system. * Preferred: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Data Integrity, and Regulatory Standards for the pharmaceutical industry. * Preferred: Prior experience as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry within sectors such as Compounding, Compression, or Coating. ]]\> 2510290202531412056
