Responsibilities and Duties: **At Bemol, your main missions will be**: **Key Activities** **Ergonomics and Workstation Analysis** * Assist in conducting ergonomic analyses (AET and simplified assessments) * Identify biomechanical risks (posture, repetitiveness, physical effort) * Support guidance on furniture adjustments and workstation organization **Health Promotion and Workplace Exercise** * Lead or support workplace exercise programs * Guide employees on stretching and active breaks * Encourage healthy habits in the workplace **Preventive Employee Care** * Perform active listening for musculoskeletal complaints * Provide guidance on pain prevention (spine, upper limbs, etc.) * Support triage of employees with potential MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders) **Support for Occupational Health Programs** * Assist in monitoring indicators (absences, complaints, consultations) * Support health campaigns (ergonomics, quality of life, mental health) * Participate in integrated initiatives with SESMT and HR **Education and Training** * Support training on ergonomics and posture * Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) with health-related topics * Produce simple educational materials (posters, quick guidance) **Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Currently enrolled in a Physical Therapy undergraduate program (from the 4th semester onward, preferably) **Desirable Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of ergonomics (NR\-17\) * Fundamental knowledge of occupational health * Interest in psychosocial risks and well\-being **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience with workplace exercise programs * Participation in ergonomics projects * Knowledge of occupational risk analysis **Additional Information** Bemol was founded on **August 13, 1942**, by brothers Samuel, Israel, and Saul Benchimol.
