Job Summary: The Pharmacist is responsible for the technical supervision of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and ethical dispensing of medications, advising customers and staff, and guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards. Inventory management, technical procedures, and team training The Pharmacist is responsible for the technical supervision of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and ethical dispensing of medications, advising customers and staff on the correct use of products, and guaranteeing compliance with legal and sanitary regulations. The role supports health promotion, risk prevention, and continuous quality improvement of services provided by Bemol. Bemol is a retail company providing services and selling products, with the primary objective of ensuring customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sales process, while adhering to continuous improvement principles, applicable external legislation, and the organization’s cultural values and principles: Integrity, Respect, Economy, Energy, and Continuous Improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** At Bemol, you will delight customers by performing the activities described below: **Activities:** * Provide customer service, offering guidance on the proper use of medications and health products; * Dispense medications according to medical prescriptions and current legislation; * Perform blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol measurements; * Administer injectables and vaccinations; * Conduct medication reviews and provide self-care support; * Use company administrative/financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, and SNGPC; * Train store operators on Bemol’s service standards and pharmaceutical technical guidance; * Manage regulatory pharmaceutical technical procedures in the pharmacy; * Control and manage inventory of medications and health products; * Ensure proper storage and preservation of pharmaceutical products; * Perform earlobe piercing. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Qualities:** * Sales management skills; * Experience in team management; * Leadership ability; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. **What Could Be a Differentiator?** * Experience managing customer service/sales teams; * Courses, training, or specializations in pharmaceutical care and clinical pharmacy. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Customer Service; * Computer literacy; * Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. **Additional Information** **Selection Process Steps:** * Application; * Assessments; * Tests; * Interview.
