




Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, prospecting, negotiation, portfolio management, and market monitoring in the Steel industry, aiming for excellence. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and remote customer service, lead qualification, and customer prospecting. 2. Negotiation, market monitoring, and customer portfolio management. 3. Goal-oriented mindset, proactivity, and use of specialized systems. Conduct in-person (counter) service, as well as email and telephone support, identifying customers' needs and guiding them with all necessary information regarding available products and their proper usage. Initiate first contact with leads, qualify them, approach potential customers, present proposals, conduct follow-ups, negotiate Familiarize oneself with steel products offered, monitor price lists, stay informed about items available in stock for sale. Master the Fermazon and Arcelor systems to deliver high-quality results for both customers and the company, continuously updating knowledge on sales processes and applying new insights to enhance business effectiveness. Register new customers, submitting validation requests via tickets to respective departments (Individuals \- Commercial; Legal Entities \- Finance). Similarly, handle order release requests and monitor their processing. Monitor market conditions and competitor behavior to assess pricing practices and offerings, proposing suggestions to boost sales. Manage the customer portfolio, implementing follow-up and prospecting actions, distinguishing between active and inactive customers. Focus on methodologies and targets, planning and executing actions accordingly. Carry out responsibilities aligned with the department’s requirements, contributing to smooth operational workflow within the company; consistently demonstrate strong communication skills, courtesy, organization, punctuality, and proactivity in assigned tasks.
