




Job Summary: The PCP Assistant is responsible for supporting production planning and control, ensuring deadlines, efficiency, resource optimization, and product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in developing the master production plan and inventory control. 2. Contribute to continuous process improvement and problem resolution. 3. Collaborate in implementing new PCP tools and technologies. The PCP Assistant supports production planning and control, ensuring adherence to deadlines and process efficiency. Works closely with the PCP team and other company departments to optimize resources and ensure product quality. This professional plays a critical role in organizing and monitoring production activities. * Assist in developing the master production plan, considering sales demand and the company's production capacity. * Monitor production flow, verifying deadline compliance and identifying potential deviations. * Perform raw material and supply inventory control, ensuring necessary availability for production. * Participate in alignment meetings with Sales, Procurement, and Production departments to adjust planning. * Prepare management reports with production performance indicators to support decision-making. * Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes by proposing optimization actions and cost reduction measures. * Address operational issues, seeking efficient and timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted production. * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to production control, in accordance with company standards and procedures. * Collaborate with the PCP team in implementing new tools and technologies to enhance production planning and control. **Requirements:** + **Education:** Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics. + **Excel:** Intermediate level (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas). + **Experience:** Prior experience in industrial administrative or logistics routines. + **Preferred Qualification:** Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, etc.). **Desired Profile:** + Impeccable organization and attention to detail. + Analytical mindset for handling numbers and deadlines. + Strong communication skills
