Job Summary: Collaborate with space and merchandise planning, identify products, ensure compliance with the internal system, and provide support for warehousing and shipping activities. Responsible for collaborating with planning of storage spaces and merchandise distribution, identifying products to ensure alignment with information registered in the company's internal system. * Print from the company's internal system the product list for comparison against physical inventory, and resolve discrepancies found in the data to prevent delays in customer delivery and product dispatch. * Prepare the weekly inventory using an Excel spreadsheet, importing data from the Winthor system into the \"Pre-inventory\" spreadsheet, verifying details and ensuring data accuracy. * Provide optimal support for warehousing activities, including location assignment, picking, replenishment, and shipping. * Organize the layout of the area where products are picked for customer delivery (\"PICKIN\"), placing items in their designated identification locations to accelerate material picking while ensuring adherence to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out). * Support supervision regarding loading operations by reporting the number of service orders (OS) awaiting picking. * Contribute to company cost reduction through critical analysis of operations under responsibility, seeking alternatives to reduce expenses and avoid unnecessary expenditures, supported by the Prevention and Loss department actively engaged in reducing damages occurring in inventory. * Act as a conscious professional agent aware of one's role and responsibilities toward achieving expected excellence outcomes, ensuring behavior and conduct comply with the standards and procedures of Distribuidora Lopes.
