If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, under supervision; * Disassemble, clean, and reassemble hot-end systems (die head, mold, adapters, feedblock, screen changer, screw, and barrel), under supervision; * Operate torches, flame guns, and LPG gas cylinders used for cleaning machine components, under supervision; * Follow procedures, standardized work instructions, and checklists during preventive, corrective, or inspection routines, under supervision; * Operate metalworking tools such as cutting, welding, saws, sanders, drills, etc., under supervision; * Record and log all corrective and preventive actions in the SAP system via maintenance orders and service requests, as well as other internal tools, under supervision; * Perform corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance on refrigeration and compressed air systems according to procedures and checklists, under supervision; * Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, under supervision; * Use instrumentation and metrology equipment (tape measure, caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, etc.); * Perform general cleaning of equipment/machinery and the work area before releasing it to the user. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields—currently enrolled or completed; * NR12 and NR35 certifications; * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Must reside in the Manaus–AM region. **Additional Benefits** * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Food Basket * Charter Transportation * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
