Attentive and humanized customer service The pharmacy is seeking a Telemarketing Operator in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Answer incoming phone calls, interact via WhatsApp, and use other digital channels provided by the pharmacy. Conduct consultative sales, highlighting compounded products and their benefits. Actively prospect new customers while maintaining relationships with the existing customer base. Support promotional campaigns and ensure achievement of company-defined sales targets. Promote customer loyalty through attentive and humanized service. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Representative, Telephone Sales Consultant, Customer Service Agent, or Sales Representative may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
