Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** We are seeking a professional to strategically support the back\-office of our sub-acquisition ecosystem, serving as the key person responsible for transactional processes directed at consultants (starting from the registration flow). This professional will monitor operational and financial performance, and ensure technical and operational connectivity with major acquirers and various partner areas across the company, such as Treasury, Emana Pay, and Operations. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Monitor the operational and financial performance of the payment ecosystem, with a focus on individual customers. * Build, analyze, and track analytical indicators for customer service channels and transactions to implement continuous improvements. * Directly interface with acquirers, card networks, and vendors to fulfill operational and regulatory requirements. * Monitor the financial settlement flow, acting as the direct liaison with the processor, registrar, and Nuclea. * Execute repricing of fees and commercial terms according to strategic business definitions. * Serve as an interdepartmental facilitator among all company areas (Treasury, EmanaPay, and Operations) to ensure process execution and adherence to operational procedures. * Manipulate and analyze sub-acquisition transactional data to extract insights and optimize operations management. * Identify, mitigate impacts, and directly resolve critical and complex operational exceptions, ensuring business continuity. * Propose and implement definitive solutions and automations to mitigate technical and operational risks identified across the payment chain. **What are the requirements?** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Solid knowledge of the payment methods market and sub-acquisition flows. * Practical experience in analyzing operational or financial data. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building and tracking reports. **What are the differentiators?** * Knowledge of or experience with the Databricks data platform. * Spanish language skills for communication with teams in the Hispanic region. \#LI\-TB1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
