Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation stages, plating, and cleaning, following supervisory instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the role and in industrial settings 2. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are valued Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your direct supervisor, contributing to one stage of the production process; assist in plating, cleaning, and preparing leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. * 1\. Pre-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. * 2\. Pre-prepare salads. * 3\. Pre-prepare desserts. * 4\. Assist in plating and restocking food items. * 5\. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. * 6\. Plate, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. * 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. * 8\. Collect and identify food samples. * 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this task and under the guidance of your direct supervisor). * 10\. Perform related tasks. * 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
