Main responsibilities: * Assist and guide customers regarding available financing, consortium, and insurance options at the dealership; * Assess customers' credit profiles, complete proposals, and submit them for approval to financial institutions; * Present and explain various financial and insurance products according to customers' needs; * Help customers select the most suitable financing and insurance plans by performing simulations and clarifying questions; * Prepare financing, insurance, and other financial product contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with legal requirements; * Monitor the credit approval process; * Maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring information completeness and accuracy; * Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty; * Track and achieve monthly sales targets for financial and insurance products; * Ensure all procedures and documents comply with financial and insurance sector regulations; * Stay updated on market credit and insurance offerings, as well as partner institutions' policies; * Other duties inherent to the role. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in related fields is considered an advantage). * Prior experience in selling financial products, insurance, or related areas—preferably in the automotive segment; * Knowledge of financing, consortium, and insurance processes; * Negotiation and assertive communication skills; * Ability to work under pressure and toward goals; * Proactivity, organization, and customer-centric focus.
