Job Summary:
A professional responsible for maintaining organization, performing vehicle and signal mirroring registration, instructing drivers, and providing technological support—identifying anomalies and proposing solutions.
Key Highlights:
1. Maintain order and organization of procedures in the control center.
2. Register vehicles and routes in tracking technologies.
3. Support operators and propose solutions for technological anomalies.
Help maintain order, organization, and smooth operation of procedures within the control center.
Perform signal mirroring for fleet management companies as per PGR.
Register vehicles in tracking technologies.
Register routes.
Instruct drivers and affiliated transporters on the use of tracking technology and/or signal transfer.
Work directly with technology to support operators.
Identify anomalies, analyze them, and propose solutions within their scope of responsibility; support technology configuration and monitor process completion.
Notify the client about vehicles requiring equipment maintenance.
Handle and approve SMP database entries.
Respond to client requests via e\-mail.
Monitor and manage incidents during high-risk trips, when necessary
Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
Driver's License: Class B, Class A
