Job Summary: We are seeking a barista and cashier to work during afternoon/evening shifts, responsible for beverage preparation, customer service, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. For the barista role, responsibilities include preparing beverages, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the premises, supporting inventory management, assisting in item preparation and finalization, and managing order flow during peak hours. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and friendliness, agility and proactivity, ability to work under pressure; prior experience in cafés is preferred but not mandatory. For the cashier role, responsibilities include customer service and cash handling, general operational organization, restocking supplies, direct support to baristas during busy periods, ensuring quality standards, organizational skills and accountability, agility and focus, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred qualifications include experience serving young/adult university students, interest in specialty beverages, and commitment to quality standards and customer experience.
