Job Summary: Professional to develop and implement Quality Management System activities, improving processes and maintaining SGI certifications. Key Highlights: 1. Development opportunities and an innovation-stimulating environment We are seeking a professional to develop and implement Quality Management System-related activities, including training, preparation, documentation organization and control, aiming to contribute to process improvement, service standardization and quality, as well as to maintain SGI certification. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Document control and SGQ updates. * Quality control for civil construction projects. * Preparation of data books and operation manuals. * Support for internal, external, and supplier audits. * KPI updates and customer satisfaction data analysis. * Organization of training sessions and onboarding of new employees. * Assistance in drafting and reviewing quality documents. * Monitoring of corrective actions and process improvements. * Propose, identify, maintain, and implement improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality management * Degree in related fields (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Occupational Safety, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Residence in the Manaus region (must have convenient access).
