Control vehicle entry and exit within specified time windows using the scheduling drive provided by Mercado Livre to ensure ETA compliance. 2\. Monitor vehicle arrivals via telephone contact according to the schedule. 3\. Support front desk, dispatch, planning, customer, and other relevant teams in facilitating vehicle entry and exit processes. 4\. Supervise loading operations through communication with related departments and report potential delays. 5\. Contact drivers directly to ensure route execution. 6\. Guide drivers on-site, indicating the assigned dock, internal procedures, and HSE rules for vehicle release. 7\. Report vehicle entry information, loading start/end times via forms to generate KPIs. 8\. Report incidents in real time to both DHL and Mercado Livre teams using the internal communication tool. 9\. Comply with operational procedures and adhere to DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
