A market-leading company in the petrochemical and plastic transformation sectors Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment, executing required actions according to the technical specifications for each machine and the pre-established schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive work orders from immediate supervisors or production departments to perform mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment; identify problems, execute necessary repairs and fixes using diagrams, drawings, and specifications; conduct result tests, etc., to ensure equipment operates as required by the company; * Verify results after corrections to release machines for operation and complete final work reports, recording information about performed services to update and maintain a historical record for each machine; * Perform welding on equipment when necessary and with prior authorization; * Register parts to be purchased in the system upon request from supervision; * Comply with internal standards and meet applicable requirements of the Integrated Management System; * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; Minimum of 6 years’ experience in roles related to this position is preferred; Hydraulics and Pneumatics (preferred).
