This professional will be responsible for ensuring goal attainment, maintaining team engagement, monitoring performance indicators, and strengthening the company’s presence in operational regions. Key responsibilities: Supervise and support the field-based PAP sales team; Monitor goals, results, and performance indicators; Conduct training sessions, feedback meetings, and motivational meetings; Develop strategies to increase sales and expand operational areas; Monitor team outreach approach, conduct, and productivity; Support strategic negotiations and closing of key sales; Ensure compliance with assigned routes and operational discipline; Report results and actions to commercial management. Requirements: Experience leading external teams (preferably PAP); Commercial background with a results-oriented focus; Strong communication skills and a motivating profile; People management and conflict resolution capabilities; Willingness to travel and conduct field supervision; Completed high school (a college degree is a plus). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the solar energy market; Knowledge of sales techniques and indicator-based management; Proven track record in building and developing high-performance teams.
