We appreciate proactive professionals who constantly strive to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Apply occupational safety and occupational medicine knowledge to the workplace and all its components—including machinery and equipment—to reduce or eliminate existing risks to workers' health. * Determine the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers in accordance with NR-6, whenever the intensity or nature of the hazard requires it. * Collaborate, when requested, in projects and implementation of new physical and technological facilities for the company. * Assume technical responsibility for guidance regarding compliance with applicable NRs governing the company’s or its establishments’ activities. * Conduct electoral processes and SIPAT events; maintain ongoing communication with CIPA, fully incorporating its observations while supporting, training, and attending to its needs. * Promote awareness, education, and guidance for workers on preventing occupational accidents and occupational diseases—both through campaigns and permanent programs. * Clarify and raise awareness among employees about occupational accidents and occupational diseases, encouraging preventive action. * Analyze and record all occupational accidents and occupational diseases in a dedicated document, describing the incident and characteristics of the accident or occupational disease. * Record monthly updated data on occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and insalubrity agents. * Conduct audits, monitoring, and evaluations across departments. * Manage records of Occupational Health Certificates, vaccination cards, PPE Receipts, uniforms, dosimeters, and other relevant departmental documentation. * Perform ergonomic assessments, noise measurements, and necessary adjustments at workstations. * Guide employees on proper waste disposal and ensure compliance with the PGRSS. Issue waste transportation manifests. * Inspect fire extinguishers and fire protection equipment. * Inspect company premises, facilities, and equipment to identify accident risk factors. \-Record irregularities and compile accident statistics. * Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course in occupational safety; * Basic computer skills; * Hospital industry experience required; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Good communication skills; **Additional Information** **Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday** \- 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and **Friday** 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 2\.890,00 \+ 324,20 (Insalubrity allowance) Health Insurance Plan Dental Insurance Plan Pharmacy Assistance Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance On-site Parking WellHub \- Gympass Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefits.
