A learning and growth-oriented environment. **DELIVERY ATTENDANT – SINGULAR SUSHI** **Location:** Parque 10 de Novembro – Manaus/AM We are hiring a Delivery Attendant focused on organization, customer service, and efficiency to ensure an excellent experience for every order. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handle orders via **iFood**, **WhatsApp**, and phone. * Accurately register orders in the **Saipos** system. * Monitor order progress with the kitchen. * Verify, pack, and organize order dispatch. * Provide courteous and clear customer support. * Maintain cleanliness in the service and delivery area. **Working Hours:** **6x1 rotating schedule (one day off per week)** * Tuesday to Thursday: **2:40 PM to 11:00 PM** – *with break from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM* * Friday to Sunday: **3:40 PM to 12:00 AM** – *with break from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM* **Requirements:** Completed high school education. * Minimum **6 months of experience** in customer service or delivery. * Proficiency with technology (WhatsApp, ordering apps, etc.). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Efficiency, organization, and attention to detail. * **Preferred:** Familiarity with the **Saipos** system. * **Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule.** CLT employment contract. **Ideal Behavioral Profile:** * Strong communication and friendliness. * Organization and accountability. * Efficiency and quality focus. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Team collaboration. **Benefits:** ✔**Salary: R$ 1.621,00** ✔Meal Allowance: R$ 300 ✔Meal Voucher: R$ 19.50/day ✔Transportation Benefit ✔Dental Plan ✔Performance Bonus ✔Discount on Singular Sushi products ✔Espaçolaser Partnership ✔**Birthday Day Off** and children’s birthday Day Off (up to age 12) ✔Christmas Bonus ✔Maternity Kit ✔Learning and growth-oriented environment **Contract Type:** CLT – Formal employment registration Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.621,00 – R$1.630,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation benefit Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, as per the scheduled rotation?"
