**Job Summary:** A professional responsible for conducting laboratory tests, interpreting results, and issuing technical reports, ensuring compliance with quality standards and proper execution of procedures. Must maintain an organized laboratory, ensure material replenishment, and provide technical support to the team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform tests and release clinical analysis reports. * Conduct and analyze analyte control results. * Ensure compliance with Quality Management norms and procedures. * Meet targets established by the institution. * Complete relevant spreadsheets, documents, and reports. * Identify and propose corrective and preventive actions, and address non-conformities. * Maintain a clean and organized laboratory. * Monitor local inventory and report replenishment needs. * Assist in the integration and training of new employees. * Guide laboratory technicians on equipment handling and activity execution. * Perform other related tasks as requested by supervisors. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields). * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the role. * Technical Skills: Knowledge of clinical analyses and laboratory quality management systems. * Behavioral Skills: Proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and professional ethics.
