Record all detected deviations, issue non-conformance reports, and forward them to the responsible party as per procedure. Follow up on corrective actions for identified items. Maintain the workplace and used equipment clean and organized to ensure work quality. Provide service to internal and external customers (when required), clarify doubts, and inform about procedures, rules, and product quality-related information; Identify all materials with actual or potential non-conformities and segregate them in a designated area for this purpose. Create and suggest process and technology improvements for the department.
