Performs administrative activities in the area THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution will be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 30 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 3288\.58 **UNIT:** Rua Jequie Planalto \| Manaus AM \- 69044802 **JOB SUMMARY:** Teaches sports, leisure, and recreation classes at the Operational Unit, as well as courses and lectures; supports the coordinator in planning and developing SEST’s sports and leisure promotion activities; and performs administrative activities in the area. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE FEDERAL COUNCIL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (CREF). Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of hiring, a “no records” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the respective Regional Council indicating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and bearing the official signature and stamp. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIVERSE POPULATIONS. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** All proofs must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service rendered, and description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, clearly linking the position held to the one sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly related to the position required in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
