Professional to coordinate and supervise accounting and tax routines, ensuring compliance and providing support to the team.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise accounting department routines;
* Ensure accurate accounting and tax recordkeeping in accordance with current legislation;
* Review and validate accounting entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings;
* Prepare and review trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements; monitor annual accessory obligations (ECD);
* Provide technical support to the accounting team and guide them on procedures; attend internal and external audits;
* Stay updated on accounting and tax regulations; interact with other departments and senior management, providing accounting and managerial information.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences;
* Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration; proven experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role;
* Solid knowledge of accounting and tax legislation; experience in accounting closings and financial statements;
* Proficiency in accounting systems and intermediate/advanced Excel;

* Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree or specialization in accounting, taxation, or controllership; experience in medium- or large-sized companies; knowledge of ALTERDATA system.
