Dear farmer, our system was developed in accordance with INSTRUCTION NORMATIVE (INC) 2/2018 and offers the best cost-benefit ratio among traceability software or systems, being fully auditable. Its implementation requires greater diligence in cultivation, and all activities involved in cultivation must be recorded and monitored by technical specialists throughout Part 1, up to the first flowering; our audit will verify procedures and jointly sign, together with the farmer and the responsible technician, a document attesting to proper cultivation practices and crop origin. This document will be archived for 18 months as stipulated by INC 2/2018. Following the first cultivation phase comes flowering and harvest, during which sales shipments are generated, releasing traceability QR codes as well as shelf labels containing the farmer’s information and product origin, laid out according to the farmer’s specifications.
