Job Summary: Professional to supervise building maintenance, refrigeration systems, and equipment teams, focusing on continuous improvement and technical guidance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of building maintenance and refrigeration systems teams. 2. Participation in meetings with clients for continuous contract improvement. 3. Leadership of cross-functional teams and resolution of complex problems. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the building maintenance team; * Prior experience in shopping center maintenance is desirable; * Supervise building refrigeration systems, including installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, across civil, electrical, and building domains; * Supervise preventive and corrective actions for equipment and machinery located in the company's external areas, such as air compressors and refrigeration units; * Participate in client meetings for discussions and continuous contract improvement; * Guide less-experienced team members in resolving more complex problems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; * Proven experience in operations management, preferably in service-providing companies; * Proficiency in administrative routines; * Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams; * Ability to make strategic decisions and resolve complex problems; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operating systems; * Teamwork aptitude and ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of records; * Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies; **We Offer:** * Flexible working hours. * Market-competitive salary; * Meal Allowance: BRL 24.50/day; * Food Allowance: BRL 180.00/month; * Transportation Allowance; * Dental Plan; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Qualifications:* Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Electrical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Dental care * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
