Bring your energy to Aggreko as a **Generalist HR Analyst (People Services)** in **Manaus, AM (hybrid model)**. You will be responsible for supporting managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in HR processes.

**What You’ll Do as a Generalist HR Analyst:**
* Efficiently and accurately execute personnel administration across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, promotion letters, transfers, and offboarding.
* Ensure local labor compliance by maintaining employment contracts, pre-employment checks, and other documents updated and reviewed per applicable legislation.
* Guide managers and employees on people-related topics such as discipline, absences, and performance management, escalating complex or sensitive cases to specialists and People Services Partners.
* Support managers and employees in using Workday and adopting processes, policies, and guidance materials.
* Produce reports, statistics, and data to support the People team’s processes (e.g., engagement surveys, performance review cycles, vacation balances), respecting data privacy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**You Are:**
* A graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, or possess demonstrable equivalent knowledge.
* Experienced in transactional HR routines covering the full employee lifecycle.
* Familiar with employee relations, internal investigations, and conflict resolution.
* Organized, efficient, and strongly service-oriented, capable of meeting deadlines and SLAs even under pressure.
* Proficient in English for daily workplace communication.
* Workday knowledge is a plus.
