This role requires attention, responsibility, professional demeanor, and good communication skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles; * Perform identification and access registration; * Monitor common areas via cameras and patrols; * Provide friendly service and guide users as needed; * Record incidents and follow established security procedures. **Requirements:** * Elementary education; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Attention, responsibility, and ability to take preventive action. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Company Location:** Coari/AM region.
