Responsibilities and duties: * Responsible for people management and unit performance; * Responsible for scheduling team shifts; * Manages and directs team activities; * Conducts assessments with new customers; * Executes sales and re-sales of laser hair removal packages; * Provides customer service and clarifies customer inquiries; * Handles customers to prevent contract cancellations; * Processes staff terminations; * Provides feedback and conducts follow-up; * Extracts reports from the system; * Ensures proper operation and maintenance of the unit, including hygiene and cleaning; * Establishes partnerships and performs customer prospecting; * Presents strategies and action plans to the field manager; * Reports team and performance information to the field manager; * Reports unit maintenance needs. Requirements and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience managing sales teams and delivering results; * Skill in face-to-face/online sales; * Flexible working hours.
