Preparation and analysis of technical documents and expert opinions. **Brief Description** Perform advanced-level auxiliary, advisory, and instrumental activities required to execute processes related to the development, analysis, planning, and execution of Industrial Assembly and Complementary Projects for the production of goods and services within the Unit. **Responsibilities** * Development of industrial assembly and complementary production projects at UN\-AM facilities; * Perform plotting/printing of projects based on field surveys for studies; * Participation in meetings; * Prepare and review technical documents related to the following project types: well interventions using drilling rigs, maintenance and improvements in operational and support areas; * Prepare and analyze technical documents and issue expert opinions. * **Support for Petrobras Technical Engineering Supervision Activities** – This service includes Petrobras supervision activities under construction and service contracts; technical consulting, engineering solutions, and guidance on technical procedures; planning, budgeting, monitoring of execution, and critical analysis of projects implemented at the Unit under the management’s responsibility; operational support during maintenance shutdowns; technical inspections, material and container inspections; support for supervision, monitoring, and acceptance of works in Urucu; preparation of reports, descriptive memoranda, and schedules; analysis of technical drawings; research on materials and suppliers; analysis, application, and monitoring of compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing the management’s activities; access control and system improvement management; technical visits to remote locations; technical analysis and support in defining layouts for remote accommodations used in well and pipeline maintenance operations; preparation of technical opinions; participation in the development of management standards. * **Support for Technical Mechanical Engineering Supervision Activities** – Professionals must possess knowledge to perform the following activities: Support for technical engineering supervision, including supervision activities under cargo handling, personnel and equipment transportation (riverine) contracts; provision of technical consulting, engineering solutions, and guidance on technical procedures; conducting technical inspections of barge repairs; controlling documentation (certificates) for active barges; monitoring execution and performing critical analysis of equipment maintenance plans; inspection reports and inspections of cargo handling accessories; operational support for cargo transportation and handling activities during maintenance shutdowns; technical inspections, equipment inspections, mechanical parts, containers, barges, pushboats, and vessels; supervision support, technical monitoring, and acceptance of cargo handling and transportation equipment and vessels; preparation of reports, descriptive memoranda, and schedules; analysis of engineering technical documents; research on materials and suppliers; analysis, application, and monitoring of compliance with applicable laws and regulations; technical visits to suppliers and work sites; technical analysis and support in defining the transportation management’s technical procedures; preparation of technical opinions and reports. **Minimum Educational Qualification, Training, and Certification** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, recognized by official authorities; Registration with the Professional Regulatory Council (CREA). **Required Experience** Minimum of 2 years of experience as a project support analyst in the industrial sector. **Required Knowledge** Advanced computer skills and SAP system proficiency.
