Preparation and analysis of technical documents **Brief Description** Perform advanced-level auxiliary, advisory, and instrumental activities required for executing processes related to the development, analysis, planning, and execution of Industrial Assembly Projects and Production Support Projects for the Unit’s products and services. **Responsibilities** * Development of industrial assembly projects and production support projects at UN-AM facilities; * Plotting/printing of projects based on field surveys for studies; * Participation in meetings; * Preparation and review of technical documents related to the following project types: well interventions using drilling rigs, maintenance and improvements in operational and support areas; * Preparation and analysis of technical documents and issuance of technical opinions. * **Support for technical engineering inspection activities** – This service includes Petrobras inspection activities under construction and service contracts; technical consulting, engineering solutions, and guidance on technical procedures; planning, budgeting, monitoring of execution, and critical analysis of projects executed by the Unit under the management’s responsibility; operational support during maintenance shutdowns; technical inspections, material and container inspections; support for inspection, monitoring, and acceptance of works in Urucu; preparation of reports, descriptive memoranda, and schedules; analysis of technical drawings; research on materials and suppliers; analysis, application, and monitoring of compliance with applicable legislation and standards governing the management’s activities; access control and system improvement control; technical visits to remote locations; technical analysis and support in defining layouts for remote accommodations for well and pipeline maintenance projects; preparation of technical opinions; participation in the development of management standards. * **Support for technical mechanical engineering inspection activities** – Professionals must possess knowledge to perform the following activities: support for technical engineering inspection activities, including inspection under cargo handling, personnel and river equipment transportation contracts; provision of technical consulting, engineering solutions, and guidance on technical procedures; technical inspection of barge repairs; control of documentation (certificates) for active barges; monitoring of execution and critical analysis of equipment maintenance plans; reports and inspections of cargo handling accessories; operational support for cargo transportation and handling activities during maintenance shutdowns; technical inspections, equipment inspections, mechanical parts, containers, barges, pushboats, and vessels; support for inspection, monitoring, and technical acceptance of cargo handling and transportation equipment and vessels; preparation of reports, descriptive memoranda, and schedules; analysis of engineering technical documents; research on materials and suppliers; analysis, application, and monitoring of compliance with applicable legislation and standards; technical visits to suppliers and service sites; technical analysis and support in defining the transportation management’s technical procedures; preparation of technical opinions and reports. **Minimum Educational Qualification, Training, and Certification** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, recognized by official authorities; Registration with the Professional Regulatory Council. **Required Experience** Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a project support analyst in the industrial sector. **Required Knowledge** Advanced computer skills and SAP system proficiency.
