***About the position*** We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented professional to manage our group's digital presence. If you are passionate about storytelling through video content, master social media engagement dynamics, and can interpret metrics to transform data into strategy, this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Content Management:** Plan, create, and execute editorial calendars for social media platforms, maintaining brand voice and positioning; * **Audiovisual Production:** Capture and edit videos tailored for digital formats (primarily Reels and short-form content); * **Analysis and Performance:** Monitor performance KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare reports with strategic insights; * **Campaigns and Interaction:** Support campaign execution (paid and organic media) and engage with the community by responding to messages and comments; * **Institutional Support:** Assist in ad-hoc branding initiatives, internal marketing, and internal communication alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Social Communication, or related fields; * **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience managing social media, creating content, and editing videos (agency or corporate experience is a plus); * **Tools:** Proficiency in video editors (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects or similar), Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics); * **Language:** Basic to intermediate English is considered a plus. **What we seek in you:** * **Agility and Organization:** Ability to manage multiple deadlines and concurrent tasks with prompt responsiveness; * **Communication and Collaboration:** Excellent verbal/written communication skills and a collaborative attitude for team-based work; * **Problem-Solving Profile:** Proactivity, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
