Opportunity for HR professionals with prior experience A restaurant in Manaus is seeking an HR Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection processes, as well as onboarding and employee development. Manage payroll routines, vacation processing, contract terminations, and other labor-related procedures. Plan and implement internal marketing initiatives and employee engagement programs. Serve as the company's representative and supervise inspections and legal matters. Administer work schedules, HR metrics, and activities related to NR-1. Previous experience as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist, Training Coordinator, HR Consultant, or Organizational Development Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
