Industry seeks an Administrative Financial Analyst in Manaus.
**Responsibilities:**
Perform daily administrative and financial tasks for the company. Handle invoice billing, including issuance and data verification. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable controls, monitoring due dates and payment flows. Liaise with public agencies and private-sector companies on administrative and financial matters. Supervise accounting results, supporting cost and expense analysis. Monitor procurement and product shipment performance results, tracking relevant KPIs. Produce periodic management reports, consolidating financial and operational information.
Previous experience as a Financial Assistant, Controller Analyst, Financial Coordinator, or Cost Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience required.
