Operate utility equipment such as boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and pumps. Monitor operational parameters including pressure, temperature, flow rate, and level. Previous experience as a Utility Technician, Utility Assistant, Utility Coordinator, or Utility Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
