Focused on sustainability, it offers a wide range of products to serve various market sectors. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the extrusion team. Monitor the production process to ensure quality and productivity. Assign tasks and guide operators during operations. Monitor machine setup, process parameters, and production performance. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards. Support loss control, efficiency improvement, and achievement of departmental targets. Track departmental KPIs and support team development. Previous experience as Extrusion Supervisor, Extrusion Production Coordinator, Senior Extrusion Operator, or Extrusion Team Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
