Job Summary: We are seeking an IT student to work in Help Desk/Service Desk, focusing on desktop computer support, Windows 10 and Office Suite systems, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to prepare technical reports Job Description: * Currently enrolled in an IT, Information Systems, or related program (5th semester) * Relevant experience in Help Desk or Service Desk * Desktop computer operations using office automation software * hardware, drivers, local network operations, application configuration on networks. * Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system \- configurations and application installations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, component configurations \- Office Suite and its configurations. * Strong writing skills for preparing technical support incident reports. * Quality orientation, courteous service, teamwork, and results focus.
