**Job Mission** Serve customers in the sales area regarding technical and functional aspects of products, contributing to customers' appropriate decision-making and minimizing risks for both customers and the company. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Acquire technical and functional knowledge of the products sold, aiming to meet the company's demands and interests. * Serve customers at the counter, identifying their needs and guiding\-them with all necessary information about available products and their proper usage. * Ensure commercial terms that satisfy customers while meeting the company's financial interests, especially concerning receivables risk in credit sales. * Manage the customer portfolio by analyzing, classifying, and prioritizing service according to needs. * Understand and address customer requirements, demonstrating advantages and disadvantages of possible solutions, contributing to decision-making, processing sales, and ensuring delivery within the company's logistical capacity and the customer's urgency. ### **Basic Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Two years of experience in sales and customer service. ### **Desirable Requirements** **Additional Knowledge** * Refrigeration knowledge. * Sales techniques knowledge. * Negotiation techniques knowledge.
