Job Summary: The IT Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support to health units, generating SLA reports, tracking service tickets, delivering Level 1 (N1) system support, and performing maintenance on IT equipment. They perform hydraulic installations, medical gas systems, electrical systems, data cabling, telecommunications, lightning protection systems (SPDA), air conditioning, accessibility projects; microinformatics; equipment and furniture. As an **IT Technician**, you will be responsible for: * Providing support to SEMSA’s Type I and Type IV units, as well as relevant projects from the IT workshop; * Generating SLA control reports for Rio Negro and Rio Solimões companies per contractual obligations; * Tracking tickets on the platform; * Neovero for Rio Negro and Rio Solimões companies; * Providing Level 1 (N1) support to our clients for systems such as Salux and Electronic Time Clock; * Providing IT equipment support and maintenance for Type I and Type IV units. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), server administration (Active Directory, Exchange), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), information security, and data backup/restore; * Ability to configure and maintain computer hardware and software, diagnose network issues, and resolve complex technical problems; * Experience in both on-site and remote technical support; * Knowledge of fundamental IT infrastructure, local area networks, backup and data recovery, asset inventory, user management, and basic information security policies.
