1\. Position Objective Perform technical supervision, oversight, and monitoring of contracts for industrial and commercial air conditioning services, as well as for the construction and maintenance of tubular wells, ensuring compliance with technical standards, service quality, contractual compliance, and operational safety. 2\. Behavioral and Administrative Competencies * Attention to detail, with mastery of contracts, precision in technical supervision, and proper documentary recordkeeping; * Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft) and corporate systems; * Clear and objective technical communication; * Autonomy in performing tasks; * Adaptability to confinement schedule (14 x 14 days); PLANNING AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT * Accountability for meeting deadlines, scheduling, and report submissions; * Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams; * Compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. 3\. Key Responsibilities 1\. Daily inspection of air conditioning systems; 2\. Planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance services; 3\. Preparation, tracking, and closure of Maintenance Orders (MOs), verifying 4\. Preparation of technical reports with precise records of inspections, failure history, and equipment performance trends; 5\. Confirmation and validation of material lists requested by contracted companies; 6\. Maintenance of properly organized equipment technical histories, including analysis of key indicators (availability, efficiency, and maintenance costs); 7\. Participation in technical meetings whenever required; 8\. Ensuring all activities comply with applicable regulatory and safety requirements. **Minimum Education Level, Qualifications, and Certifications** Technical-level qualification in refrigeration or automation Registration with the relevant professional council. **Work Experience Requirement** Minimum of 3 years. **Required Knowledge** Experience in industrial refrigeration systems; Proficiency in SAP applications and advanced computer skills.
