Job Summary: Execute and develop HR activities in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, aiming to meet the needs of client departments and the organization's management policy. Key Highlights: 1. Recruit and select candidates, overseeing the entire process 2. Support Youth Apprentice and PCD (Persons with Disabilities) programs 3. Conduct training needs assessments and deliver training programs **OBJECTIVE:** Execute and develop activities related to Recruitment and Selection, and Training and Development, aiming to identify and meet the needs of client departments, thereby aligning with the Group's defined human resources management policy. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruit, assess, and select candidates for unit vacancies, overseeing the entire process from recruitment through to sending approved candidates for onboarding; * Promote internal and external job openings, always prioritizing internal selection via promotions or transfers; \- Support Youth Apprentice and PCD \- Persons with Disabilities; * Conduct exit interviews; * Support managers in monitoring probationary period evaluations (at 45 and 90 days) for all employees; * Support performance evaluations for all employees; * Participate in organizing HR-related events; \- Conduct LNT \- Training Needs Assessment across departments; * Execute the Annual Training Program (PAT); * Act as a training multiplier when required; * Monitor execution of the Employee Competency Matrix; * Receive, analyze, and, when necessary, standardize training materials provided by managers to ensure compliance with legal and professional ethical standards; * Propose motivational initiatives and workplace well-being actions; * Monitor unit management rituals; * Actively address internal conflicts to ensure a positive organizational climate; * Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure achievement of targets **✨** **For Your Development:** Educational Benefit (scholarship for employees and dependents) Corporate University **For Daily Use:** Transportation Allowance Meal Ticket\* **Family, Health, and Well-being:** Health Insurance\* Dental Insurance\* Day Off (time off during birthday month) TotalPass (partnership with fitness centers) Employee Assistance Program – EAP (free and confidential psychological, social, financial, and legal support)
