Responsibilities * Manage the PCMSO (NR-7): plan, implement, monitor, and periodically review the Occupational Health Medical Control Program, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the company’s occupational risks. * Analyze occupational health indicators: collect, interpret, and present data from medical examinations, absenteeism, work-related leave, and other indicators; propose preventive and corrective actions. * Plan and coordinate mental health and quality-of-life programs: develop campaigns, lectures, training sessions, and initiatives aimed at employees’ physical and emotional well-being. * Provide first-aid response: deliver initial medical assistance in cases of medical emergencies or work-related accidents, and facilitate external medical services when necessary. * Support audits and inspections: prepare reports, evidence, and action plans for internal and external occupational health audits. * Guide and train employees: conduct training on prevention of occupational diseases, ergonomics, healthy habits, and emergency procedures. * Maintain updated records and reports: ensure proper organization of medical records, pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and termination medical examinations in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies. * Collaborate with related departments: work jointly with Occupational Safety, HR, CIPA, and vendors to ensure integrated occupational health initiatives. * Provide technical support for incident investigations: participate in root-cause analyses related to workers’ health and propose improvements. * Manage ergonomics: conduct ergonomic assessments, propose and follow up on action plans, participate in ergonomics committees, and promote continuous workplace improvements. * Classify injury-related incidents: assess and classify severity of cases, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal requirements. * Maintain updated first-aid kits: ensure kits are fully stocked, within expiration dates, and located in strategic areas. * Calibrate health equipment: ensure periodic verification and maintenance of equipment such as scales, digital blood pressure monitors, and AEDs to guarantee accuracy and safety during use. * Maintain updated information in COFCO corporate systems (Sênior, Lema, and Gensuite): register and manage occupational health data, examinations, incidents, and action plans.
