Responsibilities and Duties: Among your responsibilities are: * Monitoring the meal preparation process; * Guiding staff on proper food handling practices; * Evaluating food storage conditions and determining appropriate locations for storing each product; * Checking storage equipment conditions (refrigerators, warming ovens, cold rooms); * Controlling received goods, indicating receipt date and supplier; * Collecting and storing samples of each prepared food item; * Staying updated on current legislation regarding food storage and handling, as well as refrigerator and cold room temperatures; * Enforcing proper use of PPE and uniforms by staff; * Establishing cleaning schedules for equipment; * Other departmental procedures. Requirements and Qualifications: * Prior experience as a Nutrition Technician preferred; * Active CRN TD registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Availability for night shift (4:00 PM to 12:20 AM\); Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Nutrition Technician qualification (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
