Monitoring and guiding students during supervised internships, ensuring appropriate articulation between theory and practice. Advising on Final Course Projects (TCCs), supporting topic selection, methodology definition, and research development. Providing pedagogical support to students, identifying difficulties, and proposing strategies to improve academic performance. Facilitating communication among students, coordination, and faculty. Contributing to students’ professional development, with emphasis on ethics, technical competencies, and social workers’ professional practice. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** A bachelor’s degree in Social Work. A postgraduate qualification (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) in Social Work or related fields is mandatory. Experience in teaching, internship supervision, or academic advising is a plus.
