Description

Job Summary: Operate machines to perform cutting, bending, punching, and drawing operations, ensuring parts are supplied according to the production order while maintaining equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate machines for cutting, bending, punching, and stamping parts. 2. Perform machine setup and pre-production checklists. 3. Assist in identifying improvements in the production process. Perform cutting, bending, punching, and drawing operations to supply parts according to the production order for product manufacturing. * Conduct machine checklists; * Perform machine setup; * Complete the production order logbook; * Operate machines to cut, bend, punch, and stamp parts to be manufactured; * Identify manufactured parts and place them in the designated location; * Sort non-conforming parts and place them in the appropriate area; * Replenish the KANBAN and update the board; * Assist in identifying improvements in the department’s production process; * Maintain and preserve machines, equipment, and the workplace;
