Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and customer-focused orientation are essential to ensure continuous service improvement and compliance with the automaker's requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze process control reports and propose improvements; * Monitor adherence to internal standards and procedures; * Track the automaker's quality indicators (VOC); * Release products and services according to quality standards; * Implement corrective actions for market complaints; * Attend customers at the technical reception and assess satisfaction levels; * Resolve cases of dissatisfaction with the automaker; * Monitor and manage employee training schedules; * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by leadership. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in administrative routines or quality audits is desirable; * Willingness to travel for work.
