Ready to come with us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** An organized and proactive person. **Your day-to-day will be:** * Receive, classify, register, handle, resolve, and when not possible, escalate incidents / tickets and service requests * Register in the ITSM tool to ensure it is routed to the correct team; * Guide users regarding existing processes, rules, and procedures; * Inform the requester of the incident/ticket about its progress, providing clarifications, guidance, and information; * Perform software configuration and maintenance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge of Windows and Office suite; * Basic understanding of Computer Networks and Information Security. **Differentiating factors** * ITIL certification; * MCITP or MCSE certification. **Working hours** * **07:00 AM to 07:00 PM** * **Rotating shift every 15 days** **NOTE:** Hey!
