In addition to commercial activities, this role entails leadership responsibilities toward the team, including guidance, motivation, and performance monitoring. **Technical Competencies** * Experience in retail sales and customer service. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer retention. * Ability to operate cash register systems and inventory control systems. * Team management and performance indicator tracking. * Window display and product presentation (visual merchandising). * Ability to prepare sales reports and support decision-making. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and ability to engage the team. * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Proactivity and initiative in problem resolution. * Organization and attention to detail. * Resilience and ability to handle goals and pressure. * Professional ethics and responsible conduct. * Results orientation and customer focus. * Directly engage in sales activities, ensuring high individual and team performance. * Support the store manager in managing store operations. * Lead the team in the manager’s absence, ensuring organization and goal attainment. * Monitor performance indicators (sales target, average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion rate, etc.). * Guarantee excellence in customer service and customer experience. * Assist in scheduling, store opening, and closing procedures. * Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and organization of the sales floor and inventory. * Assist in inventory control, goods receipt, and stocktaking. * Support training and development of new sales associates. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures
